Server Restarts

I wanted to make you all aware that there may be several server restarts during the build to make sure everyone has the permissions they require to use Creative Mode, Voxel Sniper and the ability to spawn in items through NEI.

ANYTIME I update the NEI config for a new player the server needs to be reset. When I do this you will all need to be added back on the list as allowed "snipers" by me, because it seems when I restart the server you lose permissions...not sure why yet. I will be working on straightening out the sniper permissions Saturday morning to see if I cant figure out what is going on there. Until then, just message myself or mainmaster11 if you need Sniper permissions.
